A Helping Hand – One Off Postpartum Visits

As a postpartum doula, a big part of what I do is intentionally nourishing the mother…and I generally do that through food and rest!
I believe that, while rest is immediately beneficial, nutritious food helps sustain a new mother and keeps her feeling calm and capable over the course of long days and nights.

This package includes a two hour in home session and foods that are cooked with love and care and with your needs in mind.

The in home visits are designed to support you while you learn to love, feed, and parent your new baby.

Sessions may include a combination of a birth debrief, breastfeeding support, guidance on sleeping and settling, oxytocin boosting relaxation techniques, or chatting about anything that is worrying you.
You may also want to simply hand your baby over to me, take a long bath or a hot shower, and hop into bed for some much needed and much deserved rest!  While you sleep I am happy to help with light household chores, play with siblings, or take the dog for a walk.

And while you may be done growing a baby, you are still nourishing a baby…and so you need to nourish yourself. Postpartum bodies need very specific nutrients.  So when I come to see you I will bring a week’s worth of homemade meals with me…you choose the breakfast, main, and snack that most appeal to you and like magic, five servings of each item will appear in your fridge!

This package is $250.00.
These visits are available within 10kms of the Brisbane CBD.
I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, and most Wednesdays for these visits.

Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your postpartum village.
