This package includes a two hour in home session and foods that are cooked with love and care and with your needs in mind. The in home visits are designed to support you while you learn to love, feed, and parent your new baby.
You may also want to simply hand your baby over to me, take a long bath or a hot shower, and hop into bed for some much needed and much deserved rest! While you sleep I am happy to help with light household chores, play with siblings, or take the dog for a walk.
And while you may be done growing a baby, you are still nourishing a baby…and so you need to nourish yourself. Postpartum bodies need very specific nutrients. So when I come to see you I will bring a week’s worth of homemade meals with me…you choose the breakfast, main, and snack that most appeal to you and like magic, five servings of each item will appear in your fridge!
These visits are available within 10kms of the Brisbane CBD.
I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, and most Wednesdays for these visits.
